High Speed Broadband for Rural Europe
High Speed Broadband (HSB) is a key factor in helping rural areas in Europe develop and sustain their economies and communities. Between 2012 and 2014 the ENGAGE project partners worked together to develop a series of resources, tools and strategies to enable HSB networks to be developed at efficient cost, translating their best practices into effective and efficient policies to help all of rural Europe be better connected.
